We ordered Jungle Journey VBS and as we are clicking on the links for each document that needs to be printed as a handout to students, the links bring us to a folder with documents, but the document we need isn't there. For example, we need the Lego pictures for Sci and Crafts and when we click the hyperlink, it brings us to the Sci and Craft folder, but the Lego document is not there.  There are memory verses and coloring pics, but not the documents we need.  This is true for almost every document that we have clicked on so far.  PLEASE help as we need those for teachers/students. Thank YOU!

We need the voices at the beginning of the week, but not the end of the week for the program.  Which download will allow us to do that (stereo or split) and how exactly do we do that?

when you click the button to download the MP4s for some of the music videos, instead of beginning a download, it just starts playing the video in a new tab. A few of the hand motions/PiP videos in contemporary songs for wonder junction are doing this, so far.

We used computers to check the students in. It worked great. Is there a way to check students out on the computer? We check the adult that is picking the students ID to confirm they are on the approved list for the student. We havent found an easy way to make sure those students that were checked in are properly checked out. Thank you

Can I remove the required email address for helpers? We are finding that some of our helpers share an email address and it will not accept it if it is used once before.
