Where do I find the printouts for the memory verse games? (bop and pop cards, follow the leader cards, etc)

I am stepping down from my role as Childrens Ministry Director and God has provided the most wonderful person to fulfill the role! What is the best way to go about turning this account into her account so that she has ALL of our past VBS materials and data

I am currently setting up our VBS Volunteer Registration Form and have made several updates to the fields as we refined the form.

However, when I download the Volunteer List, the export still includes fields that were previously part of the form but have since been deleted. This results in the spreadsheet showing many columns that are no longer relevant to the current registration form.

Is there a way for the export to reflect only the current active fields on the registration form rather than including fields that have been deleted?

I've tried to add a field to the student form multiple times.  However, it continues to tell me that fields cannot be left blank.  Well, there are NO blank fields.  I'm wanting to add a media release checkbox details or as a waiver.  I cannot add it either way.  Still get the same message of "there can be no blank fields."

I purchased The Incredible Race VBS Digital Pro, but it is showing up as Emerald Crossing.

How do we edit the Volunteer from Available Everyday Checkbox.  I tried using dashboard, settings, forms, but for some reason that field does not show as editable.  Our volunteers can't submit the form without checking the everyday box even if they are not available every day.  help.

Where is the clip art located for EMerald Crossing?
