The catalog mentions Child Check-In Feature.  However, I cannot find any information on how this feature works.  I see the "Manage Attendance" option that, I think, allows you to check off each child in attendance.  Is this the check-in feature or is there a way to allow parents to check their child in upon arrival?

At the beginning of the "Introduce It" section of the teacher guide, it mentions a shorted "One-Person Lesson" that can be downloaded. I'm not able to find that anywhere. Where is it? 

Is there somewhere I can download the Emerald Crossing background without the logo or slide titles? I'm clicking through all the resources and not seeing it. What is the magical combination of menu clicks I need to find that?? 

How do I add the promotional trailer video to the public page

I add a coordinator with email and role and it sends them an email.  When they click the link in the email it is requiring them to ask "request permission".  I then have to go in and approve the request.  This seems redundant. I assumed I had given permission when I sent the initial invite.  Is there a setting that is causing this?

I am not sure how to set up the various rotations in schedules. It is a bit confusing as we have three groups that go to three differnt stations, then rotate every 40 min or so. TIA
