Server error message
I have been getting a server message the last two weeks and cannot access our lessons.

I'm not sure what server error message you had, but I just checked on your classes and noticed that they were affected by a recent DST-related bug in our schedule code. I've fixed your classes to the best of my knowledge, but please review and let me know if you need any more changes.
You should be able to access your class directly via this link: https://myanswers.com/edu/19120/schedule/. If you're still seeing a server message, please provide the URL and the error text.

Dates off on Schedule
We are currently on Unit 1 Lesson 8 but the dates are off. It should be Sunday, November 8 but shows November 15.

Our apologies for that; it appears that the ABC Digital lesson schedule had a conflict with the recent DST adjustment, causing the current and previous lesson markers to shift forward a week. I just went in and fixed it for your lessons, and we are looking into a fix for the DST bug. Please let me know if you need anything else!

Holiday lessons
Thank you for giving us the ability to postpone lessons. That helps tremendously. One other thing that would be helpful would be the ability to add the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter lessons to the digital classes.

We agree! We do want to better incorporate the seasonal holiday lessons in ABC Digital, but our feature set is already locked in for the 1.0 release, so that improvement will have to wait a little longer after that. We'll be sending an email out to all our ABC Digital Directors with details on the 1.0 release soon!

On an iPad in landscape mode, settings print bar on left blocks content
The Lesson page in ABC Digital is partially covered by the utility bar (settings, print etc.) on left, when using an iPad in Landscape mode, using the Chrome Browser. In Portrait mode the page is not covered because the bar is at the bottom of the screen.

Get 404 Page When Selecting Make Default (Address)
On myAnswers | ABC page:
Select My Account --> ABC Digital --> Settings --> Account --> Under Your Addresses - Select Make Default (There is only one address available) --> 404 Page

We don't yet support seasonal lessons in ABC Digital, but you can download the Christmas lessons here:

When the time comes, we recommend postponing your normally-scheduled lesson to open up a spot for your Christmas lesson/s.

What technology do I need to use the power point?
Hello, we're a small church. What do we need to have in our children's church room to make the power point viewable to the children on something bigger than a laptop? We do have a smart TV. What are other churches using? Is there an alternative to using the powerpoint? Like a DVD of the slides? Thank you!

A smart TV would work fine in lieu of a projector. Just plug in your laptop to the TV (probably via HDMI cable) and you'll be able to display the PowerPoints to your class.

Shared Lesson Generated Link
Our lessons are on Sunday and one of my teachers decided to send the shareable link the following Thursday but the link was not available. I assume there is a time limit to being able to generate this link. I would like to know is this link only available the day of the scheduled lesson or is there a specific time frame you are allowed to generate this link.

Yes, share links are only available for current and future lessons. If your schedule is out of sync I'd be happy to move it up if you let me know what Lessons/Dates your classes are on. Just let me know!
