I just enrolled to ABC Digital free trial; and I accidentally erased my class. Now I can't add a new class or access any important information like my billing information. I keep getting a Server Error 500. I will SO much appreciate your help in this matter!! Thank you!!

I ordered the Mrs. C and me book and when I use the QR code for the videos, I get an error and cannot get to them. Help would be appreciated!

I was able to find the issue causing the 404 error. You did not have an organization setup on your account. I sent ahead and added a temp one so I can test the functionality. However, please access the following URL and update your organization name, address, email etc.. https://myanswers.com/manage/organization/.

Can we order just the lesson flip charts if we purchased ABD Digital?
Coloring sheets
The last few weeks with my curriculum the coloring sheets have been off by a week. This current weeks coloring sheets are showing up in next weeks lesson. Is there a way to correct this or just error in the curriculum?
I just purchased ABC Unit 1 and 2 for PreK-1st and 4-5th. I am not able to access the dounloadable resources. It comes up with a 404

Start over at lesson 1
We are finishing lesson 200 today. However, I don’t see the lessons starting over at 1. In fact, there are no lessons listed after 200. And our dates are wrong. It says today is June 30th when it’s November 10th. How do we fix this?
