I cannot open the digital material for Unit 10 even after entering access code. Just get a screen that has abot 500 across it. It just says there are technical problems. When will this be fixed

Yes, our apologies. We did have an issue on our end, and with our most recent patch update this afternoon, this issue should be fixed. Please try to access your lesson resources and let me know if you are still not able to generate or download the PDFs.

Trying to purchase 4 ABC DIGITAL classes. How?

Thank you for reaching out to us about purchasing ABC Digital. We’ll be activating the ability to start paying on January 2nd. Starting then, you will see a new dialog box that will allow you to set up your subscription.
There will also be a grace period until January 11th in case you're concerned about losing access if you don't start the subscription right away.

Is there a way to access prior lessons for a unit?

ABC Digital is currently using a 5-lesson access window, but last I heard, we will be changing it so that you don't lose access to past lessons, and new lessons will be unlocked on a per-unit basis. I don't have a time frame to provide as to when these changes will take effect, but in the meantime, if you have a specific need please let me know and I'll do my best to get you the content.

ABC digital homeschool
I purchased ABC - Homeschool Edition but have never been able to access the Building Blocks videos. What do I need to do? The code on the card in my book says it's for ABC Music, which I did access, but how to I access Building Blocks?
Accidentally deleted my class
I accidentally deleted my class and need the materials printed for tomorrow. I cannot remake one without repaying on the website. My renewal isnt till February 2027. I was hoping we could resolve this today before service tomorrow. I cannot readd the class without paying again.
edit student registration form once it is published
We saw an error in our student registration form after we published it. How do we edit it now?
How do I print the digital adventure guide as a booklet?
Our church is doing The Keepers of the Kingdom this year and I would like to print the adventure guides for the students. Is there a way to do this in booklet form? Could we also possibly print the stickers as well to make it more interactive?
