how do I correct wrong email on volunteer sign up?
can I allow access only to resources
There are resources that I want to make available to team leaders. But they don't have any need to access any other areas. Can I give them access only to the resource area?

i sent an invitation to my coordinators . They were asked for the access code. WHen they put the code in it said invalid. What should I do?
Join Us section of public page links to misspelled website
In the preview of our public page at https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/40106/preview/ the WEBSITE button in the Join Us section at the bottom links to a misspelled website neewlifelamesa.org. It should be “new” not “neew”. I can’t find where to edit this. Was it entered wrong during the initial purchase and setup?

Finishing a VBS
Is there something specific we have to do to close out a VBS? My dashboard still had tasks on it from last year's VBS.

The task list is not required to be completed. You can just leave it the way it is. If it bothers you, you can check all of the check boxes. If you wish to delete the event, you can do so by going to settings, then clicking the edit button on the Event card. Once there, scroll to the bottom and click the "Delete Event" button. Forms fields
My forms are all free of any fields. I thought they were customizable, but didn't know I had to create them. I don't know what all I need to add and how to add it to get the reports I will need for allergies, medical alerts, class rolls, etc. Can you help me create my forms?

I apologize for the issue! There was an issue where several VBS events did not get the default form fields when the event was first opened. This issue has been resolved all events that will be generated. Unfortunately, events that have already been generated and are missing these fields need to be deleted and a new one needs to be started. We are able to port over most of the event info. I was able to do this for your event, already. At your earliest convenience, please review your VBS event.

Problem with contempary music hand motions videos
Hello!
There is a problem with the contemporay music handmotion videos. In some of the them the music skips. It skips to another part of the songs and starts there. We cannot use these videos. Is there a way they can be fixed?
