Export regisration lists

Hi! How do I export registered kids and volunteers via microsoft excelvs a csv file? We need to be able to create more metadata sheets and import the data into our church database in order to utilize online registration. Thanks!

but how can I export Microsoft file not csv file?

Hello,

You can export the Students/Volunteers by selecting all of them and then choose "Download Full Student/Volunteer List". See screenshot below.

I see that option. But a csv file is just a jumbled note not organized data cells. 
is there something my version is missing?

You will need to open the .CSV file in Excel and then save it as an .XLSX file. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!
