Drama video downloads
What is the difference between the mp4 and the web optimized mp4 for the drama videos? I'm trying to download and insert the videos in our presentation program and don't know which to use.

I apologize for the delayed response! The web optimized mp4 files are smaller, so that less data needs to be transfered. This makes the video load faster on a web page. I suggest using the regular mp4 files for the presentation program. If you have any questions or issues, please contact us!

generating PDF is not working
Try to generate the printable PDF for Guides. But most of them not generating and unable to print. Could anyone help, please?
What to do if someone double enrolls?
Can I just delete the one, or will it delete all the of the "Izzy's"? It's just that she has a brother also in the sheet, so I don't want them all to go away.

how do I change group number of team
Can't find mission videos of the sample children (Ehani, etc.)
I cannot seem to find the videos of each child for VBS (e.g. Video 1-Ehani)--anyone have any insight? Thank you!

I can help with that! You can add a pre-school class by...
1. Going to the Dashboard page
2. Clicking on the "Settings" tab along the lower left side of the screen
3. Scroll down till you see the "Age Groups" card, then click it's edit button
4. Here you can add, edit, or remove age groups. You would add the pre-school class here.
5. Make sure your student registration is toggled on. You can confirm by clicking the "Promote" tab on the top menu/navigation bar.

To add a room location...
1. Go to the VBS Dashboard page

4. Here you can add, edit, or remove Stations.

Avery template not found
Bulletin insert 12-0-024 says to print using Avery template 3251, but it is not found on the Avery sight.
I have tried to find another one but having trouble.
