Where do I find the student guides in the digital library?
Teen/Adult Teacher Guides
I cannot find access to the Teen and Adult Teacher Guide for the The Great Jungle Journey Digital VBS material to print for teachers and I do have access to the digital files but these guides are not listed under the Teacher Guide section. Where do I find them? Thank you.
We paid for The Great Jungle Journey Digital Pro but still can not access items.
Our dashboard states that certain items are Plus and when I click on it the graph for different packages comes up, but no access.
Editing Registration Forms
It is not letting me add to the forms. I need to add a Checklist option to the Volunteer registration form.
Change time formatting
How do I change times to 12hr format. We don't do military time. Thank you.
i keep getting a bad gateway message every time i try to add a field to a registration form or make a change to something.
when i try to change the event start time with the drop down box it will not save. It says enter a valid time
Invalid times
Hello, I can get past the time slot to get to my digital resources. No matter what I put there it says invalid times. We would like our time to be from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. Are you able to do that step for me?

As I'm putting in my times for our 2024 VBS it says Invalid Times, and now I can't get out of that screen to get to my digital resources.
We want our times to be 5:30pm-8:00 pm. Can someone please help?

When I input the times (starting and ending) it says invalid. I have tried several different time slots and it is always invalid.
We want to start at 5pm and end at 8pm.
