Hi Karen,

Sorry for the inconvenience these broken links have caused. It looks like a template issue with the Ocean Commotion theme. We have a task created to fix the links in the checklist tasks. Meanwhile, like Scott said, you can access your Digital Library content here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3829/library/

Hello Jennifer,

You can also include a website for donations on your public page, in the Links section. -Arthur

Good afternoon Amanda,

I completely understand the inconvenience that not having a printable roster causes, and I have communicated your request for an expedited fix in the task to fix the rosters. Meanwhile, if you download the spreadsheet via the method I mentioned earlier, you can see all the medical/allergy information for the registered students in a column there.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hello Amanda,

We are aware of this issue and apologize for the inconvenience. We have a task to get that fix out with our next code deploy, mid-June. Meanwhile, you can download a spreadsheet of all your information and make/print your own roster with that. To download the spreadsheet, go to People --> Students --> Actions drop down --> Download Full Student List. We apologize for the inconvenience, but that should tide you over until we are able to fix rosters for large VBS events.

Blessings,

Arthur

FYI the name tag issue is now fixed, thanks for your patience!

Hi Judy, just letting you know this is now fixed. Thanks for your patience and God bless!

Hello Shirley, just letting you know this issue is now fixed. God bless!

Hello Shirley,

Our apologies for the inconvenience. That is a known issue that we hope to fix soon. We'll let you know when it's fixed.

"Promote" header --> "Public Page" category, then click "Edit Registration Forms".

Hi Melissa,

Changing the field type clears the existing data (but it is kept behind the scenes, and is viewable on the spreadsheet download), so since you've already registered a large number of people, it would probably be best if you leave the Allergies/Medical Concerns field type as Simple Text. So, I reverted the change to Checkbox with Details. If you really want to keep Checkbox with Details for future registrations, you will have two columns on the spreadsheet with allergy/medical information, one from the simple text input and the other from the checkbox with details input.

Blessings,

Arthur
