No, we aren't able to support customizing the printable rosters. You can add additional info to the margins on the printed pages, or you can make your own custom roster (or just an additional page with kids pick up info) using the spreadsheet with your student data in it. To get there, go to People --> Students, Manage All Students -->Actions drop down menu --> Download Full Student List.

Unfortunately we aren't able to support customization of the print nametags feature, but you can print your own custom nametag labels in a word processor using Avery template #74459/5392.

Hi Roxanna, you can customize your Age Group names under Settings --> Age Groups, adding "just completed" or "entering into" to the grade names should help clear up confusion when people are registering their children.

In the future, I would suggest you turn off auto-assignment for your teams once your VBS is about to start, so you can first print off all the students that have been registered, and then easily see the new students that register after that.
