Can I customize the printable paper registration forms to add specific questions pertaining to our VBS rather than have to purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro to be able to customize?

Yes, any custom fields that you add to your forms under the "Edit Registration Forms" button will appear on the printed registration form.

Where is that edit button?   I've edited for online registration, but if we just go with paper registration, how do I add new fields to that form?

"Promote" header --> "Public Page" category, then click "Edit Registration Forms".
