"oops...blizzard the polar bear seems to be lost" warning keeps showing up

As I'm working my way through the list of tasks on the Dashboard I keep getting a page pop-up when I click on each item that says: "Ooops... Blizzard the Polar Bear seems to be missing!" Help!

Unfortunately, the links in the program we purchased are still broken and I have volunteers contacting me who are having the same issues. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Sorry for the inconvenience these broken links have caused. It looks like a template issue with the Ocean Commotion theme. We have a task created to fix the links in the checklist tasks.
