Hi Andrea,

Just letting you know that this has been fixed, so you can go ahead and print student details now.

God bless,

Arthur

Glad to hear it, happy to help!

OK I went in and removed all the extra blank fields. Should be good now--please try downloading it again. How's that look?

Although, it looks like you may have extra empty address fields due to not using the default address fields. I'll clean those up for you.

You're welcome Beverly! The fix is out now. It looks like while you can now see street when viewing individual students and using the Print Student Details action from the dropdown, it's still missing on the spreadsheet.

We may be able to go in and fix that, but if you can just re-register your students that would be a lot easier and the spreadsheet will show their street then.

Hello Kristine,

First of all, you put "pm" in the wrong place in the URL. I moved it to the end of one of them, because it was in the organization part of your URL that remains the same for all your events. The Public Page URL is different for each event, which is why the system forced you to have a "1" on one of the "time-lab" parts.

Old:

https://watersprings-pm.myanswers.com/time-lab

https://watersprings-pm.myanswers.com/time-lab1

New:

https://watersprings.myanswers.com/am-time-lab

https://watersprings.myanswers.com/pm-time-lab

If you want to edit the last part of the address to be something different, you can do so here:

https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3240/public-page-url/

https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3536/public-page-url/

Secondly, yes, you can change the main title to include AM or PM. To do that, go to Promote -> Edit Public Page, and edit the Page Title text under the Public Page Information header. I added (AM Session) and (PM Session) to the events, but you can edit those to something else if you want. Make sure you click Save Draft on the left if you make any changes.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello Beverly,

Your issue stemmed from deleting the default Address field. The Address field contains several sub-fields for the address parts (street, city, state, zip), so creating your own custom Address fields was unnecessary.

Though we don't recommend deleting the Address field and making your own fields, we did fix the issue that was causing Street Address to disappear if people do that. It should be fixed by the end of the week when we have our next code update.

We will let you know when the fix is out.

Blessings,

Arthur

Good afternoon,

Thanks for the bug report. I'll create a task for one of our web designers to review and fix the missing background logo when printing nametags with background.

Regarding the profile pictures, those use a variety of icons from our VBS events to provide a wider variety than just generic boy and generic girl. They aren't used outside of the VBS Director management pages. We don't support adding custom graphics through our print nametags feature, but of course you are free to create your own custom nametag solution.

Good afternoon,

To change the team names, go to People -> Manage Teams. Click the pencil icon to edit the name of the team. Change the name, click Edit Team, and the team name will update.

Arthur

Hello,

You can currently only edit starting time, end time, rotation length, and opening/closing assembly length. This is doable under Settings -> Schedule. We don't support events of different lengths than the standard one other than the opening and closing sessions.

The second box in Settings -> Rotation Stations is so we can offer a subset of rotations. For example, if there were two crafts stations, they could be Crafts - Fingerpainting and Crafts - Popsicle Stick Art.

Sorry if this doesn't fit your needs exactly, but supporting fully customizable rotations/schedules for each VBS would be a huge undertaking. It may be something we tackle, but that won't be this year.
