Hello Ellen!

I just asked for an update from the web content folks and will let you know when I hear back from them.

Arthur

Hi Terre,

Actually, the answer to your question is yes on both counts. It will be sold as a subscription service, but you will retain access to all the lessons you have unlocked so long as your subscription remains active.

Also, we will be listening to the feedback and expanding the access scope to ten lessons instead of five. Between that and not revoking access to past lessons, we'll be providing a lot more flexibility with the access model. I don't have a time frame for these updates to share, but definitely before ABC Digital leaves early access. Thanks for your feedback!

Blessings,

Arthur

Hello Tanya,

Sorry about the email issues; we located a configuration issue with one of our servers that was causing emails to not be sent out at times. Everything should be resolved now, though! Please try again and let me know if you have any more issues.

Thanks!

Arthur

Hi Josh, sorry for the confusion that the broken Guides link caused. I've documented that issue and we'll hopefully get that resolved soon.

Meanwhile, you can access your guides from the Library link in the header: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/10204/library/.

Arthur

Hello Matt,

Yes, we are working on this issue. My apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Thanks for reporting this! I'll let you know when I hear any more on this fix.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Donna,

We figured out what happened. At the moment, all videos are unlocked when you enter the Songs code, not just the music/lyric videos. We're looking into refactoring what the codes unlock to make more sense.

I just added the songs access code to your account, so you should see the videos on those lessons now. For example, you should now see Ken Ham's "Death of the Enemy" video on lesson 30: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/high-school/3/30/.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Ellen,

You're welcome! I checked on the Time Lab theme and confirmed the missing content on those four pages. Sorry about that! I just created a task for Web Content to add those resources. Time Lab was our theme for 2018, so the files already exist, they just need to be added and organized properly. I'll let you know when I learn more about a resolution for this issue.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hello, I just checked on this and confirmed that Unit 3 does not have any videos listed for Unit 3. I will make a task to get those added, but meanwhile, you can use our old ABC Resources page here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/. The video downloads you're looking for should be there.

If you encounter any further issues, please let us know!

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Ellen,

I'm sorry it took a while to respond to you. It looks like CS sent you two codes for just VBS Digital Plus, but not the Library. I changed one of them to unlock the LIbrary, so you should be able to access everything now. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Missy,

Yes, it should be! I'm not sure exactly to which graphic you're referring, but you can see several on the Promotion Tools page here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/9344/promotion-tools/.

We also have resources on the VBS Resources page on the AiG site here: https://answersingenesis.org/vbs/2020/resources/.

The background image for your public page is located here: https://assets.myanswers.com/img/theme/mystery-island-background-2.jpg

If those images aren't what you're looking for, please let me know!
