Hi Jessie,
I created a task for our UX team to fix the missing Long Text Box label. It is being worked on now, and I will update you when it is complete!
I also deleted the age groups default question from your Volunteer form.
Please let me know if you have any more questions or issues!
Blessings,
Arthur
Hi Lisa,
Simply invite them to be coordinators for your VBS: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/10818/users/
Once they accept the invitation and create or log in to their accounts, they will be able to access the digital resources.
Please let me know if you have any more questions or issues!

Arthur
Hi Joshua,
While the new page does not yet support the KJV resources, you can still download them from the original page here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/. I confirmed you had Units 1-5 added to your account as well as adding the KJV verse music codes, so you should be able to see them all on that page now.
Please let me know if you have any more questions or issues!
Blessings,
Arthur
Hi Jeanne,
I checked on your account and confirmed that everything was set up properly and your event has been upgraded to Digital Plus.
You can edit your registration forms here:https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/13984/forms/

Hi Robin,
Yes, please feel free to continue to video your instructors and get creative with going all-digital. We are in full support of churches taking their VBS online.
In fact, we just launched a free at-home VBS solution to aid churches in doing what you've already started.

It sounds like you are already well invested in the Incredible Race theme, so it may not help you as much, but it's available if you want to use any of it!

Hi Michelle,
Unfortunately, the highlight feature was designed for active use on a tablet and does not show up when printing. That said, you are able to print only a small selection. To do so, click and hold/drag with your mouse to create a text selection, then right-click the selection and choose Print. Only the selection will show up in your print window.
Please let me know if you have any more questions or issues!
Blessings,
Arthur
Hello Kara,
We don't currently offer more than the two registration pages, but please feel free to add a t-shirt size information to either or both of those forms. It's a common practice I've seen many churches do. Also, in case you would want to collect funds for the t-shirts, I included info on that process below:
To accept payment when students register, you can include a PayPal or other payment processor link which will be displayed on the confirmation page displayed after registration, as well as the registrant email.
On the Promote page, click the "Edit Student Welcome Email" button. There you will be able to edit the message that appears in the email and the "Thank You" page following registration. If you put full links (including the http:// or https://) in your message, they will appear as clickable links.
Please Note: You will need to keep track of which students have paid. You can create an "admin only" field to track this in VBS Digital Tools. Edit the student form on the "Forms: page in the settings section. Add a field and click the "Hide this field on public registration forms?" option to keep the field from being displayed on the public registration form.

Arthur
Hi Kelly,
It wasn't "broken" per se, but the coordinator access model was not set up to allow restricted access to ABC Digital. That is no longer the case, as we recently updated the Teacher coordinator role! It now allows Directors to invite their teachers as coordinators with just access to the digital library, not the student and volunteer rosters.
Blessings,
Arthur
Yes, we do support online volunteer registration. Please let me know if you have any more questions!
