Hi Celeste, the only additional update I can provide is that it is still on our plate and we are still working towards getting editable forms rolled out. I can't promise anything definite but it will make it out eventually, hopefully, this month.

Hi Tanya, you can add coordinator positions by clicking " settings" on the bottom-left of the screen. From there, click "Coordinators". You can add and modify your coordinators on that page.

Not at present, and it is unlikely that we will be able to support that level of detail in our initial launch. This issue dovetails with the other one you had about the dinner scheduling, though that is more likely to be addressed sooner. I've added it to your prior feedback requesting expanded schedule customization options.

The best you can do at present is make the opening assembly segment longer to accommodate for the dinner beforehand.

Greetings Aaron, I am happy to report that we already offer this functionality. Navigate to the bottom-left of your screen to " Settings", click that, then click "Age Group Settings". From there, you can change the names of all your age groups.

We checked on your event in our email system and can confirm that emails were sent out, received, clicked on, and volunteers properly show up on your webpage. It appears that your two volunteers that are having issues may be confused as to what the online registration entails. If you would provide their email addresses we can confirm whether or not that is the case.
