You're welcome! Yes, that looks better for sure now. I added an "Authorization" header to better split it apart from the child information. Feel free to keep that if you'd like!
From how you designed the form, I'm assuming you will be registering people with pen and paper using printouts of the form?

Hello James,
Happy to help! Your lesson schedules have been updated to Unit 2, Lesson 21 on Feb. 9th.

Hi Allen,
I took a quick look at your website and I'm not entirely sure why it's not loading. I attached a code snippet so you can see that the widget itself isn't broken. widget.html
This is the code on your website:
I'd suggest replacing the code you have right now with the updated code in the attached snippet. The main differences are removing the blue link underline and moving the <a> tags to between the <script> tags and the <div> tags.

Arthur
Hello Jennifer,
To assign volunteers to teams, go to Enrolled Volunteers page, check the volunteer/s you want to assign to a team, then click the Actions drop-down menu and select the team you want to assign them to.
Your Enrolled Volunteers page is here:

Hi Debra,
I briefly reviewed your forms and made some changes and layout improvements. Please feel free to make any additional changes.
Also, I would suggest splitting out the Medical Authorization section into individual form components to make it more legible and web-friendly.
Regarding the page break, I was able to rearrange/add fields to get Student Information to start the second page.

Hello Alison,
I'm sorry that you're experiencing frustration with the ABC Resources page on your iPad. The main issue you're running into is that there is no way to save files on an iPhone or iPad without using a third-party app, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or iCloud. Apple has this restriction in place in its mobile software, so there's nothing we can do about that.
You will need a cloud storage app with which to save the file. This guide should help with that: https://www.businessinsider.com/where-are-downloads-on-ipad
Alternatively, by far the easiest way to get files on your iPad is to download the files onto your computer, import them into Music and TV, then sync your iPad with your Mac. If you have Windows, use iTunes for this process.
Also, for your information, the new ABC Resources page (https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/) lets you download files individually, and the old page (https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/) lets you download them in complete lesson .zip files. We will be adding complete lesson download functionality to the new page, but it isn't out yet.
If you're just using your iPad to view files, the new page should let you view the files, but you'll need to save them to an app if you want them to remain on your device (see the guide above for more on that).
The files on the old page are mostly in .zip files, so you would need to first extract them before following the same procedure as outlined in the guide. This guide should help with .zip extraction:

Hi Karen, yes, we have no plans to change the format past Unit 10. You can still download the complete lesson files from the old page here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/. We will be adding the ability to download the full lessons to the new page at a future date, as well as the complete unit printables files and the Bryan Osborne videos, among other content.
Blessings,
Arthur
Hi Joanne,
We apologize for the inconvenience; In the first printing, the Unit 4 code was misprinted in the Unit 4 Pre-K teacher guide instead of the Unit 5 code. The correct Unit 5 Resources code is RP05VIB.
Also, if you need them, the Unit 5 PreK Music code is PM05VIB, and the Unit 5 Verse Music code is VM05VIB.
Blessings,
Arthur
