I have checked your VBS event and I can not reproduce your issue. We were having problems with the Resource button but we release a fix for that today.

Hello Kyle,

The role each Coordinator is assigned will determine the permissions they have. You can view the roles and there permissions on the Coordinators page. People --> Coordinators --> Coordinators Settings --> Role dropdown. Selecting a role will show the permissions associated with it.

We do not currently have a role that is unable to view registration information, but it does make sense to have a role like that.
We are looking into updating the role permissions, but I am unable to provide a time frame as to when the roles will be updated.

Hello Allissa,

We do not currently provide a way to copy students from a past event and import them into a new event. That said, you can download a spreadsheet (.csv) file of your past students. 

To do this, open last year's event and follow this path, Dashboard --> People --> Manage All Students. You can select the individual students by checking the box next to their name. (You can also select all of your students by checking the box below the "Search Students" field.) Then select the Action drop down and click Download Full Student List.

To access last year's attendance open the event and follow this path People --> Attendance, then select "Print Report".
