Hello Luke,

We are not able to support changing the background picture on the VBS event public page at this time. It is part of the public page template, so if we changed it for your event it would change it for everyone's page. If you haven't already, you can include a link to your church website on the public page. You could also put a disclaimer in the public page description if you'd like.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Lauren,

No. the checklist cannot be customized at this time. Please let me know if you have any further questions or if we can help with anything else.

Hello Michelle,

No, currently there is no way to automatically turn off registration.

You can set a size limit for each team. However, that is only used for the auto-assignment to teams. People still will be able to register, they just won't be automatically assigned to a team.

You can put a note about limited registration numbers on the registration form or in the welcome email. Once things start to fill up, you can hide individual age groups from the registration form, and, of course, you can completely turn off the public registration form at any time.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Carol,

Sorry to hear you are having problems. It looks like your Public Page hasn't been published yet. You can edit your page by going to the "Edit Public Page" tab. (Dashboard --> Promote --> Edit Public Page button).

I have gone ahead and published it for you, so you should be able to access it now. Please let me know if you have any further problems or if I can help with anything else.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Jennifer,

Sorry for the trouble. In our first printing, the Unit 4 code was in the Pre-K book. The Unit 5 resources code is RP05VIB. Please let us know if you have any further issues or questions.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Annette,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. It looks like there was a small gitch when the second director role was set. We have made the second person a VBS director now, so you both should be able to access the event.

Please let me know if you have any more problems or if I can help with anything else.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Cameron,

You can edit your registration forms from the Settings page (Dashboard --> Settings --> Forms). You can access the age groups from the Settings page as well.

Hello Adam,

We do not currently have a role that is unable to edit registration information, but it does make sense to have a role like that.

We are looking into updating the role permissions, but I am unable to provide a time frame as to when the roles will be updated.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Pam,

The best way to get an accurate URL is to copy the one located at this page:

https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/5771/public-page/.

On the right side of the page, there is a copy button; you can use that to paste the URL to your Facebook post.

Please let me know if you are still having problems.

Blessings,

Scott
