That is what the "checkbox with details" was intended to do. Having it "not required" allows parents to leave it unchecked for "no," or check it for "yes." If checked, it will display the "details" box for more information.

You could make a dropdown with Yes/No options, but there isn't much advantage to that. If a dropdown is set to be required, it will default to the first selection unless the parent changes it. If you do decide to do that, you can just put a long text field after it on the form for them to provide additional details.

That is not something that you can change.

I'll pass your concerns on to the design team for consideration.

For now, you'll need to click the "edit" link at the top to see all the details of the student registration.

No, at this time you can't add new coordinator roles.

To help us evaluate how we can improve the system, what types of additional roles would you find useful?

One other thing...

This isn't related to the issue you reported, but I noticed you have some of the "checkbox with details" fields set to be required.

When a "checkbox" or "checkbox with details" field is marked as required, then it must be checked in order to complete registration. This is useful in some situations situations, such as where you want to ensure that people have read or agreed to something before completing registration. However, it may not be the behavior you want here.

That's a bug. We'll get that fixed that in our next update, in a few weeks.

It won't be as obvious on the form the registrants will see as it is in the preview. On the live version, the details box is hidden until the user checks the checkbox. So the duplicate help text will be hidden until the box is checked.

Publishing the page makes it available to the public to see it. It can be seen at this URL: https://calvaryvbs2017.myanswers.com/operation-arctic/

You can share this link with others any way you choose. You can add it to your church's website, share it on social media, send it through email, print it on fliers or in your bullitin, or whatever.

There are no pending invitations on your event. So, something must have happened to your first invitation. It could have been either deleted or possibly accepted under your account, if Debbie was sharing a computer with you.

Go back to the Coordinators Settings page. (You can get there by going to the People section and clicking the Coordinators Settings button.) Send her another invitation.

Before she clicks the link in the new email, have her make sure she is logged in to MyAnswers. (Or at least that no one else is logged in using a different account.)

I updated those fields to preserve the line breaks, so it should look better now.

For this first year of MyAnswers Director, we're giving everyone access to all Pro features. I'm not sure why your event wasn't set up for that. However, I have upgraded your event. So now you have access to all the features, including custom forms.

We currently have an issue with public pages that use "vbs" for their page name. We expect to have that corrected later this week.

If you don't wish to wait, you can rename your public page to anything else, for example vbs2017, and it should start working. You can rename the page by going to the "Promote" section and clicking the "Edit Public Page URL" button.
