How do I edit allergy/medical info?

Parents checked the box for allergies/medical concerns, then put no in the dialog box. I deleted the comment and unchecked the box, but it's still showing an exclamation point and medical cross next to their names. I don't want it to show on their nametag

Hello,

You can edit the allergy info by clicking on People > Manage Students. Then click on the student you need to edit and then click Edit underneath their name. From there you can change the information you need and save it.
