Wish would could have the traditional video on this page to view. Music has a lot of beat in it and did not want to send the wrong message. Love the answers director such a big help. Just video is our problem.
Can the default answer be changed?
Can the default for student gender be "blank" to force registrants to choose which gender their child is? With early registration we've had nearly a dozen mislabeled due to the default of male not being corrected by the registrant. Thanks for considering.

Our website is not working!! We type in www.newhopeqc.myanswers.com, and it gives an error message. What do I do????
How can I print name tags for each Team.
We color code everything and it seems "print name tags" prints everyone. I just need to print all students on a particular color cardstock. Thanks

Our development and design teams are happy to announce a new simplified and enhanced student management interface.
Many of you pointed out shortcomings in the old tool. We listened, went back to the drawing board, and built something we hope you'll find far more helpful to managing your VBS students!
Here's a quick example of how you can print nametags for 1st graders only.
1. From the Manage Students page, click the filter dropdown and change it from All to 1st Grade. This should show you a list of all 1st Graders.
2. Click the checkbox above the list to select all students listed (1st Graders).
3. From the Actions dropdown on the right, select Print Selected Nametags (With/Without Background).
Please let us know how this new interface works for everyone.
Junior guide not in the library
Is there a reason only the toddler and primary teacher's guides are in the library?
Yes, we now have the Operation Arctic teacher guides online for the Pre-Primary and Junior age groups. The Helper Handbook is also now online, and the Special Needs guide should be up later this week.
Why are some registrations duplicating, but not identical?
We've had four families register with duplicating records. I called one of the families today to see if she was aware and if there was something I could do to help. I understand that the duplicates were caused by phone registrations where the site froze and the registrant hit "enter" a second... or third time. I understand that... but why would the duplicates not be identical? Each of those registered as a girl, the second entry defaults back to boy. Hopefully we won't have a lot of these, but a second aspect that is difficult to manage. The listing of students where I can manage students, doesn't include the sex of the student, so it is more difficult to determine which one needs to be deleted. Would it be possible to include the sex on the manage student page? That may also help me when reassigning classes. Thanks.

Does a church receive authorization to make copy musics onto CD's once the church purchases the VBS songs?

I have a question regarding the VBS songs: once the church purchases the songs, does the church receive authorization to make copy musics onto CD's, so that we can share them with our students?
