My product code is not working. Help?

I set up my page as far as I could.  I want to go back in and see what else I can do now, but it asked for my code and now it's not working.

Hi Jenny, I looked at your VBS event and your Time Lab Super Starter Kit code has been claimed, so you do have access to the Plus features. Please note that if you are attempting to access Digital Library content, your kit code did not include that. If you wish to purchase that, it is an additional $39.
