Hi Sarah, I looked at your church's event and it shows that you accepted the invitation and were added as a coordinator.

After several attempts, I finally got it to work on a different device that hadn't memorized my husband's (director's) account. I have another staff member that is having the same trouble getting to the "event" (I mistakenly used the term account) since his device also had been logged in under the director's account. He went to a different device, but got the same screen that says there are no events. I don't know how to help him at this point.

Hi Sarah, the whole point of having coordinators is so that people don't have to share accounts and there is one user per account, so that has caused some confusion here. Each coordinator needs his or her own account, so they need to make sure they are either logged out at the start or are properly logged in to their individual accounts before they click the link in the email, otherwise the process will fail and the pending invite will disappear.
