Age group requirement

Esther 7 years ago updated by Brad B. (Answers in Genesis - Web Development) 7 years ago 3

The age group field on the student registration form is not working and since it is required, parents are not able to sign up their children. There is nothing to select under that field. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Can my public page (for registration) not be published on the AIG website?

I would like to use the Director tool for kids registration, without it being globally published on the AnswersVBS "Find a VBS Near You" webpage.  Interest rates for our VBS are already very high!

accessing family information

shepherdbible 7 years ago updated by Brad B. (Answers in Genesis - Web Development) 7 years ago 2

I cannot seem to see where I can access the family information from the registration form. The student information is in the email that is sent to the director and it is also in the "manage students" section. But no where can I find where the address of the family is sent to the director.

Email notification of registration

Patti Sanger 7 years ago updated by Brad B. (Answers in Genesis - Web Development) 7 years ago 9

When we receive an email informing that a child is registered can we request to get their registration info sent in the email like the old system worked? It just helped being able to print out a hard copy of the child's registration information.

website first line is not allowing edit

guildenjaym 7 years ago updated by Brad B. (Answers in Genesis - Web Development) 7 years ago 1

The first line of the website says, "fbcpatterson" before all of the info. I would like for it to say "First Baptist Church of Patterson" but when I try to click on "edit" it doesn't do anything. Can I have this fixed?

Not able to edit some of the fields on the registration form.

jbrilinski 7 years ago updated by Brad B. (Answers in Genesis - Web Development) 7 years ago 2

We are a small church with several ages included in each "age group." Because of that we often have to adjust who goes into which group as we receive registrations and see which groups are filling more quickly. It would be much more helpful for me to know the students exact age, not have them assigned to an "age group" ... I can add a question asking their age, but I can't edit the age group question or delete it.

I need to know if the group is mostly one age or split evenly without manually figuring out their age based on the birthdate. Some of my groups will have overlapping ages. (example: ages 8-10, and ages 10-12)

Can the class assignment not be included on e-mail to registrants?

Stacey 7 years ago updated by Brad B. (Answers in Genesis - Web Development) 7 years ago 1

History tells me that we have closed classes for various reasons. I really like that the new system automatically assigns. If I understand correctly, a "new" e-mail would not be generated to advise of a change to class, so I would prefer not to send that info out.

I do not wish to have registrants receive their class info in their registration confirmation e-mail. I believe including it will cause unnecessary confusion should the class assignment change.

Thanks!
