Can the class assignment not be included on e-mail to registrants?

History tells me that we have closed classes for various reasons. I really like that the new system automatically assigns. If I understand correctly, a "new" e-mail would not be generated to advise of a change to class, so I would prefer not to send that info out.

I do not wish to have registrants receive their class info in their registration confirmation e-mail. I believe including it will cause unnecessary confusion should the class assignment change.

When someone registers, one email is sent to them, and another goes to the directors and coordinators, unless they have opted out of those notification emails. You are correct that no other emails will be automatically sent to participant's parents.

The email that goes to the parents does not contain the team information. That information is only sent to the directors and coordinators.
