Not able to edit some of the fields on the registration form.

We are a small church with several ages included in each "age group." Because of that we often have to adjust who goes into which group as we receive registrations and see which groups are filling more quickly. It would be much more helpful for me to know the students exact age, not have them assigned to an "age group" ... I can add a question asking their age, but I can't edit the age group question or delete it.

I need to know if the group is mostly one age or split evenly without manually figuring out their age based on the birthdate. Some of my groups will have overlapping ages. (example: ages 8-10, and ages 10-12)

Age group must be present on the form in order for Digital Director to function.

I would recommend defining the age groups to be single ages: 8-year-olds, 9-year-olds, 10-year-olds, 11-year olds...

Your teams can be set up include multiple age groups. You can have one team that includes "8-year-olds, 9-year-olds and 10-year-olds" and another for "10-year-olds, 11-year-olds and 12-year-olds".

That gets you the age group information you need, and still divides the teams the way you want.

Thank you. That will work.
