Hi Stacey, it is unlikely that we will be able to revisit the attendance tracking feature for this VBS season.You can edit the CSV file to track attendance though; on the student manage page, select download full student list and then you can customize the CSV however much you want.

Hi Janet, yes, to remove the registration button from your public page, go to the Promote tab at the top middle of the window and click on the toggle icon next to the student registration text.

Yes, you can edit the info on the team roster by going to People -> Students -> Manage All Students. You can customize the registration forms to add a custom field, if desired, under Settings -> Forms.

Hello! We fully agree that registration needs to be built out more--it will be done, it's just a matter of time. Also, thanks for the feedback regarding family information, I've added that request for consideration for future feature development.

No, the current functionality is very limited. It is only possible to make changes to the current day's attendance records. There isn't currently a way to make changes or corrections to previous days. We will be adding additional functionality over time, but wanted to get something available as quickly as possible.

Yes, there is a way to track that here. Go to Settings -> Forms -> Student Information -> Add Form Field -> Create and populate the "Decision Made" form field and make sure the "Hide this field on public registration forms?" box is checked. That way, it will only be available for administrative use, and you can edit the student information later by going to People -> Manage All Students -> Click the student -> Click Edit.
