It looks like you still needed to add teams and connect them to the age groups for the Age 3 and Age 4 groups. I added teams for you, of course feel free to adjust/tweak to your preferences. (Settings -> Teams)
No, we do not presently support user-uploaded custom images on the VBS pages. We recommend you link to the VBS page from your church's website, where you can customize it however you'd like.
A .csv is a spreadsheet file. You can download it by going to People, then Students, click Manage All Students, then go to Print/Download and select Download Student List.
Unfortunately the "I have more students to register" checkbox feature is only available with new registrations. Since the registration was already submitted, you'll have to fill out the form again for the first time of any additional registrations from that family.
The email fields for volunteer and family information are no longer required. They can be skipped, but they are not removable, as doing so would cause other elements of the site to not work properly.
We are working on ways to improve this field; meanwhile if you give me the URL of your public page I can manually fix it to make email field not required.
You can't edit the name "Age Groups", but you can change the default text for the groups. They just say 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, etc. now. You could change that to "Entering 1st Grade", for example. To do that, go to Settings, then click Age Groups.
Hi Allen, unfortunately the only themes we have available this VBS season are Operation Arctic and Ocean Commotion. If you still want to do online registration, there are third-party options. For example, Concordia has a generic VBS theme here: http://www.myvbs.org/.
Hi A. Rushing, I just got more information. For directors and coordinators, you are able to change the animal icon for your profile. These are replaced by your social media picture if you chose that as the method by which to create your account. Students will never see the icons so that part is irrelevant. The theme is still Operation Arctic, we just added some flavor by adding an assortment of animal icons to have something more than generic boy and generic girl.

Hi Lisa, your public web address is: https://newhopeqc.myanswers.com/operation-arctic/. The "www." doesn't belong and you need the "/operation-arctic/" part added. Use it like this and it should work for you.
