Hello, I checked on your VBS and it looks properly set up. Please note that the current default team names are animals from last year; you can change those names under Schedule -> Team Settings. Also, the profile icons under coordinators are not displayed publically, and we have the system randomly select those from our list of all the profile icons. That is why your user has a husky instead of something Time Lab-related. Is there anything else that seemed off-theme that you noticed?

Hello Pamela, you can change your team names to whatever you want under Schedule -> Team Settings. We are looking to add different default team names based on themes, but that's not out yet. For now, the Operation Arctic animal characters are default, even for Time Lab. If you chose Time Lab when creating the event you do have the right theme selected.

Due to this, we are unable to support using it on Facebook at this time.

Brent, I just downloaded the file we have online, printed page 2, and it came out as the worksheet, not the answer key. The fact that you printed the whole document and all the pages printed indicates that you may not be properly selecting the page you want to print, or there may be an issue with your printer. For example, in Microsoft Edge, set Pages to Page range and set Range to 2 and it should print out the worksheet, not the answer key.
