Setting up this years theme

It seems that my VBS Director is for this years event, Time Lab, is linking to last years theme. When I try to open links from my checklist it takes me to Operation Arctic info instead of Time Lab, or it gives me an error that OA materials are no longer available. Help please.

Hello, I checked on your VBS and it does seem like there are issues with some of the links in the checklist. I'll have someone look into that.
Also FYI the "Oops...Blizzard the Polar Bear seems to be lost!" page is not Operation Arctic info, it is our custom 404 page not found error page. Where are you getting the "OA materials are no longer available" message?
The checklist links have been updated.
