Hello, I've set your VBS event's Family Information Primary Phone field to be required. This and certain other fields are locked because if they are renamed or removed it causes other parts of the code that depend on them to break. These fields are set to optional by default so they don't have to be filled in (but they do have to be on the page), but if anyone would like their field/s to be set to required, we can do so it in the backend.

Hello, to customize the team names, starting station, assigned age groups, etc., go to Settings -> Teams, and then click the pencil icon for each team.


To customize the students on your team, go to People -> Students -> Manage All Students, then select the students you want to move to a different team, click the Actions drop down list, and Click assign to the team of your choosing.

Hi Adriana, when you're creating a new event, you should see this "Copy A Past VBS Event" form. That will copy your coordinators, church info, and registration forms.

We don't support copying registered students in this manner, but you can also go back to your previous event, go to People -> Students -> Actions, select "Download Full Student List" -- that will download a spreadsheet with all your registered students from last year.

Hello Luke, I just checked on your VBS event and can confirm that you activated the Time Lab Super Starter Kit code. If you're getting a prompt to enter a code, it's probably because you're attempting to access Digital Library-exclusive content. That is a separate $39 purchase to give you digital versions of the print materials in your Super Starter Kit.

Hello Adriana, you can see the various roles and permission sets that we have right now under People -> Coordinators, Add Coordinator, Role dropdown list. Hello, I just checked on your VBS event and you do have Plus included with your Time Lab Super Starter Kit. This doesn't include the Digital Library ($39 more), but it does unlock the ability to track attendance for students and volunteers, invite others to help run your VBS, download all your user data, and customize your registration pages, forms and emails.


To enable student registration, go to Promote -> Student Registration, and click on the slider so that it slides to the left and turns blue. You can enable volunteer registration and edit your registration pages on this page as well.
