Good afternoon Shirley,

It sounds like you're having difficulties getting the template to print right in your word processing program. We've fixed the layout on the Print Nametags Without Background feature, so you may find that fits your needs now.

From your Manage Students page, click the Actions dropdown list, and select Print All Nametags Without Background.

Good morning Shirley,

Our apologies for the inconvenience this is causing you. I can confirm that Avery template 74459 is what should be working with the pre-printed labels, and we are fast-tracking a fix for the MyAnswers print nametags feature. The nametags are portrait-oriented; have you tried altering the orientation in the print settings in your word processor? Changing it from portrait to landscape (or vice-versa) may get them to align properly.

Hi Amanda, good news!

We're happy to report that we were able to fast-track a fix and have resolved the team rosters print layout issue. Our apologies for the inconvenience this bug caused.

Thanks for your patience through all this!

Arthur

Hi Haleigh,

We're working on getting this fixed for you. Turns out there's an issue with public pages that end in /vbs. We understand that you already have material printed with that link, so you can't just change it to something else. Will update you when I know more.

Blessings,

Arthur

Good morning Karen,

From the error message you provided it sounds like you're trying to open up the Daily Schedule PDF file in Microsoft Word, but Word has limited support for reading PDF files (it has to convert them first), and in this case, with letting you add your own text on the page (the "interactive features"), the file is incompatible.

We recommend using a standalone PDF reader program, like Adobe Reader, which you can download for free here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/. You can also optionally install the browser extension on that page.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hi Imelda,

We have added the promo video to the Camp Kilimanjaro public page template. You should see it now on your public page.

Blessings,

Arthur

Hello Barbara,

If you scroll down on these pages you will see pictures of the animal mascots.

Our Answers VBS YouTube page has the videos here though:

Hello Karen,

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your schedule file. I'm not sure what you are referring to, though. Did you get the file somewhere in the Director Guide here? https://myanswers.com/vbs/time-lab/guides/director/

Or did you get it from your Schedule page here? https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3829/schedule/

Or from someplace else?

Thanks,

Arthur

Hi Karen,

Sorry for the inconvenience these broken links have caused. It looks like a template issue with the Ocean Commotion theme. We have a task created to fix the links in the checklist tasks. Meanwhile, like Scott said, you can access your Digital Library content here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3829/library/
