Hello,

Can you let us know what your email address is. as well as which VBS theme you are using?

Blessings,

Scott

Thank you Scott.  I'm using the Time Lab Theme and my email is eshirley@q.com.

Hello Shirley,

We searched our system for events with that email address and the only one we see is using the Operation Arctic theme, and it wasn't fully set up. Could you have created a Time Lab event under a different email address?

Scott

That's odd.  Maybe under Ted Trujillo for Calvary Chapel East in Albuquerque.

Planned

Hello Shirley,

Thanks for the additional info. We found your event.

This is a known issue. Unfortunately the Avery template 74459 name tag layout doesn't properly match up with this year's design when printing labels from MyAnswers (which uses a generic ratio). We are looking into fixing this, but I can't make any promises right now as to a time table.

It should still work with Avery template 74459 if you use the pre-printed Time Lab nametags here: https://answersingenesis.org/store/product/time-lab-vbs-nametags/?sku=11-6-015. Printing Instructions are in the description for that product.

Blessings,

Scott

No, actually it doesn't work with Avery template 74459 using the pre-printed Time Lab nametags.  Those are showing up 6 to a page portrait (if found at all), not the needed landscape.  Once again I am going to have to create my own label templates.

Started

Good morning Shirley,

Our apologies for the inconvenience this is causing you. I can confirm that Avery template 74459 is what should be working with the pre-printed labels, and we are fast-tracking a fix for the MyAnswers print nametags feature. The nametags are portrait-oriented; have you tried altering the orientation in the print settings in your word processor? Changing it from portrait to landscape (or vice-versa) may get them to align properly.

Arthur

The Time Lab pre printed labels are in landscape 6 per page.  If I set up the template 74459, it is for portrait, 6 to a page, not the landscape that your pre printed labels come in.  Thanks anyway.

Fixed

Good afternoon Shirley,

It sounds like you're having difficulties getting the template to print right in your word processing program. We've fixed the layout on the Print Nametags Without Background feature, so you may find that fits your needs now.

From your Manage Students page, click the Actions dropdown list, and select Print All Nametags Without Background.
