Unable to use Daily Schedule

When I attempt to open the Daily Schedule file under Director's Guide I get a pop-up that says:

"This pdf contains interactive features that are not supported by PDF Reflow. Word will not display this content."  When the document opens the lines of the schedule are scrambled. Help!

When I purchased the program I got the dowloadable version, so rather than a resource dvd-rom I was given access to download the resources like schedules from the answers in Genesis site. I downloaded the resource kit at the link AiG gave me in my initial email: https://answersingenesis.org/account/downloads  The one I downloaded with the schedule that appears scrambled is Ocean Commotion VBS Digital Starter Kit: Resources(1.7GB zip). Thanks for your help, Arthur!

Good morning Karen,

From the error message you provided it sounds like you're trying to open up the Daily Schedule PDF file in Microsoft Word, but Word has limited support for reading PDF files (it has to convert them first), and in this case, with letting you add your own text on the page (the "interactive features"), the file is incompatible.


We recommend using a standalone PDF reader program, like Adobe Reader, which you can download for free here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/. You can also optionally install the browser extension on that page.
