Can the VBS portal only have 1 director log in?

We have 2 directors that need full access to the VBS portal. We can assign two on the portal, but as soon as the 2nd one creates a login, the 1st one no longer has access.

Hello Annette,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. It looks like there was a small gitch when the second director role was set. We have made the second person a VBS director now, so you both should be able to access the event.
