Does everyone use the same login? I'd like to create a second log-in for leaders so I can keep my personal password confidential.

Hello,
You will need to invite your Coordinators via email and when they accept your invitation, they will create their own account. To get there from the Dashboard, click on People, Coordinator Settings, and then scroll down to Add Coordinator. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!
