When I use a checkbox with details, why do the details show twice? After the checkbox, and again after the details.
publishing vbs to church website
I entered all the info for our Public Page, and followed the directions to "publish", however it does not appear on our website. Can anyone help me with this?
I am trying to add a Director to my event
I am trying to add Debbie Townsley to my event. When she gets the email and clicks on to add an account, it doesn't link her to the Christ Community Church event. It only asks her to create her own event. How can I link her in?
Registration form
Hi, I would like to add T-shirt size on the registration page. In the knowledge base, it indicates that I should be able t go to settings > Forms and do this. However, I looks like I may need to upgrade to VBS Director Pro. If that's the case, I can do it (depending on the cost). However, when I click the upgrade button, it doesn't do anything.

For this first year of MyAnswers Director, we're giving everyone access to all Pro features. I'm not sure why your event wasn't set up for that. However, I have upgraded your event. So now you have access to all the features, including custom forms.
Custom questions on registration form do not recognize carriage return.
I am trying to add a custom question that has multiple paragraphs. Although the carriage return shows up on the admin side of things, it is just one solid block of text on the public page.
I updated those fields to preserve the line breaks, so it should look better now.
I can't see my public page
I have published my "Public Page", but whenever I navigate to the link (as a regular user would), I am directed to my "Director Checklist" page. Help!

Creating small groups or crews out of my grade level teams
I have grade level teams. Within each team I need to create small groups or crews. Is there a way to automatically create the small groups out of the larger groups? Or even a drag and drop feature? or do I have to do this manually once I print a roster?
I found another online software called VBS Pro that has this feature and I was hoping that you offered it as well.
The map is not showing up on my page?
I have set up my church's addresses and yet the map is not loading?
Is there a way to make a field "required" that says no and does not have a way to edit it? Also, is there a way to change the order that the fields appear on the form?
For example, the Email field is listed as not being required, and there is not an option to edit it. I just want to make it a required field.
Also, the phone number for the Emergency Contact - I would like to clarify that by labeling it "Emergency Contact Phone"
