When testing the registration form, I noticed that if I mistakenly forgot to enter a response for a required field, it is not very obvious. It would be helpful to have in big, bold, red letters to let registrants and volunteers know they are missing a field, otherwise, it gives the misleading impression that the registration went through, when in fact it was never recorded.
Is there a way to delete certain fields in the forms (i.e. Age Group Selector)? There are several field in the forms page that are not editable. It would be very helpful to enable that feature.
While testing the active student registration, I noticed that there are two required lines for the address under Family Information (as in "Address line 1", "Address line 2"- where both lines are required to complete registration). When I went to try and fix this by editing the form, there was only one field for "Address". Can this be fixed so that the second address line is optional?
This has been corrected. Required address fields no longer require that "Street 2" is filled in.
The task says that I am able to edit the student and volunteer registration forms but I cannot find where.
I had already edited my public page and Published it. I wanted to make some changes. I went to edit public page and made my changes. However, I only see an Unpublish and View button. I never get a Save button.
I looked at the knowledge base and this was a known issue a year ago. I tried the solution given by the tech support representative -- to edit another field (not the body of the content) in order to trigger the save button. However, not matter what I turned on or off, or what field I typed into, I couldn't get a save button.
Also, when typing in the Facebook, Twitter fields, etc., I noticed that the field help does not go away when I start typing, so the first several letters look as if nothing is typing. It is not until my input is longer than the field help that it is actually visible.
Hi Lori, there was an issue with the side buttons that was preventing the publish and unpublish buttons from working and the save button from appearing, but it is fixed now. The issue with the placeholder text in the link fields should also be fixed.
Is there a promotion video with the kit? I can't find it... Kind of a commercial for the leaders ... and the kids.
There's been promotional videos before but I can't find it in the kit. Maybe I'm overlooking? Thanks
We were trying to run some sample students through the database to see how it works. It show that they were deleted but the attendance report still shows them. Please help.
I am attempting to accept an invitation as a coordinator, but after logging into my account, it says there are no events scheduled. The director page also does not show that I have tried to accept my invitation.
Hi Sarah, I looked at your church's event and it shows that you accepted the invitation and were added as a coordinator.
You won't see the event in your account because your account didn't create it. You can go directly to the event here, though: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/2887/
