We do not anticipate adding this type of functionality to the schedule for this VBS season. We will keep it in mind for future updates.

We are not currently planning on providing the ability to upload additional forms at this time. However, you can provide links to forms in the registration email. Instructions for that can be found here:

Can I include links or attachments in the registration email?

Now that links are supported in emails, you can use that to request payment. Details on how to do that can be found here:

Can I accept payment when students register?

The issue with the field nor adjusting for the content has been corrected. We also have added teh ability yo use ordered and unordered lists.

If all you need is for parents to check a box giving permission, you can customize the registration form to include that. You'd need to include a note that this only applies to 5th grade.

If you need a permission slip filled out, you could add that information to the email they receive after registering, and include a link to a form they can print out and bring in. You'd need to create a form and put it in a publicly accessible place on the internet.

Instructions for updating the email and including a link can be found here:

The birthdate picker only allows past dates to be entered. So if the current year is selected now, only months January through April are available to be selected. So if you wanted to select, say, July, you'd need to enter a year before 2017.

I'll have our designers take a look at that and see if we can make it less confusing.

The CSV download issue has been corrected. It should work for you now.

Do you have any additional information about the test registration issue? For example, what browser and operating system was being used? Do you have more details about what birthdate date-picker was doing?

Here are the promotional images from the old VBS Manager. The old countdown widgets won't work outside of VBS Manager.

Unfortunately, we do not expect to be able to have the Camp Kilimanjaro theme available in time for this VBS season. Operation Arctic is available now, and Ocean Commotion will be available soon. We'll work on the older ones, but it will take some time.

Here is one option that may work for you. Concordia Supply has has a free tool that supports online registration. They have a generic VBS 2017 theme you could use. http://www.myvbs.org/

I pulled this part of your comment into a new thread to make it easier for other people to find and comment on it. Other comments will help us gauge how many people would find a feature like this useful.

You can add "adult" and "teen" age groups to the participant registration form. Of course, this still isn't ideal as you need a lot more information about children than you do for adults.

I have passed your idea on to the team for consideration. At this point, I think it is unlikely that we'll be able to get a feature like this completed for this year.
