You could rename the age groups to be something like "Entering 1st Grade," "Entering 2nd Grade," and so forth. That would be done from the "Age Groups" page in the settings section.

Another option would be to include a message on the form. This would be done from the "Forms" page in the settings section. You can create a new field on the student form labeled something like "Note to parents." You would want to define it as a "Display Only Text" field type, and enter your message in the content box. Once created, you can move it to just above the age group field.

We have that video available on YouTube. You can embed the video from there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQNvokvEoBw

We don't support attachments, but if you put the documents on a publicly accessible place on the internet you can link to them.

On the Promote page, there is an :Edit Student Welcome Email" button. Click that to edit the message that appears in the email and the "Thank You" page that appears following registration. If you put full links (including the http:// or https://) in your message they will appear as clickable links.

We have added the ability to correct the location on the map. On the "Edit Public Page" page, you can now drag the map pin to the correct location and save your public page.

I have good news. We discussed this, and have implemented a way for you to include hyperlinks in the "Thank You" pages and emails.

If you include a full link in the text of the student or volunteer email (starting with http:// or https://) it will now be turned into a clickable link on the confirmation page and email.

We don't currently support having attachments or links in the welcome emails or "Thank You" page.

You can put instructions to parents, but it won't show up as a clickable link. On the Promote page, there is an "Edit Student Welcome Email" button. Click that to edit the contents of the email parents receive. That same content will also appear on the "Thank You" page displayed after completing registration.

I see what is going on. There currently is an issue with any public page that uses a page name of "vbs".

I was hoping to get you an estimate today of when we might be able to get that corrected, but I was unable to.

If you change the page name from "vbs" to something else, like "vbs2017" it should start working. If you want to stick with "vbs", I'll update you as soon as I can find out when we expect to get this issue resolved.

Our content team is working on Ocean Commotion now. We expect to have it available before the end of this month.

This has been corrected. Required address fields no longer require that "Street 2" is filled in.
