Absolutely. You can edit the age groups in the Settings section. There is a "Age Groups" page you can use to change the age groups you are using.

There also is a "Forms" page, if you want to change the questions that are on the registration form.

At this time, I really can't provide any good estimate. There is a great deal of content that must be added for each theme, and the team that does that also provides content for Answers in Genesis and Answers Magazine. It all comes down to how quickly they'll be able to get that done on top of their current workload.

No, not at this time.

We currently have Operation Arctic set up. We are working on Ocean Commotion, and expect to have it available very soon. We do plan on supporting Camp Kilimanjaro, but I don't have an estimate for when that will be available.

Sorry I don't have more specific details to provide you.

I checked with the designers. The only pure B&W version they have is from a coloring sheet. I'm attaching that.

I checked with our design team. We won't be able to have these available by the time the beta test period ends in a few weeks. It is still tentatively scheduled to be done for this VBS season, but I don't have a good estimate for a time frame.

You can see the counts on the Team Settings page, in the Settings section.

I can see how that information is useful, so maybe we can make that information available in a more prominent place. I'll pass that on to the team for consideration.

We took another look and found the problem. Actually there were two problems that were working together.

The issue wasn't specifically with the birthdate field. The form wasn't being saved at all because of a problem with another field.

The "Food Allergies" field was set to be required. This meant the form could only be saved if the student had the allergy field checked. As these students had no allergies, no updates could be made. You're actually not supposed to be able to make that field required. I corrected that on your form, so now you can save changes.

The other problem is that we don't make it clear enough when there is a validation error that keeps the form from being saved. We'll work on improving that.

There are two emails sent out when someone registers through the public form: One to you (unless you choose not to receive it) and one to the person who registers. It is the one sent to you that will include the team assignment, as long as you have automatic team assignment enabled. The welcome email sent to the registrant does not include team information.

You can do that from the "Manage Students" page. (From the main menu, click People, then Manage Students.)

  • First, check the box in front of the students you'd like to remove.
  • Then, in the "Select Action" box above the list, select, "Remove Students"
  • You'll be asked to confirm that you want to remove them. Click OK, and they'll be gone.
