That said, if the order was placed over the phone or with a different email address, it won't show up there. ABC Digital is currently using a 5-lesson access window, but last I heard, we will be changing it so that you don't lose access to past lessons, and new lessons will be unlocked on a per-unit basis. I don't have a time frame to provide as to when these changes will take effect, but in the meantime, if you have a specific need please let me know and I'll do my best to get you the content.

Sorry to hear you are encountering difficulties with the ABC Resources. This week we rolled out the new version of the ABC Resources, designed to better integrate with our upcoming ABC Digital service (currently in early access). Unfortunately, there were some unforeseen issues that led to usability difficulties. We apologize for the inconvenience that was caused.

Anna, regarding the printing issues and the 404 error code; we are aware of the issue (it only affects some lessons) and have a task to investigate and resolve it as soon as we can. It will most likely be early January due to the holidays coming up, however. You can use the old VBS Resources page at the above link as well.
