Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I made some changes to the template so that the roles and jobs the volunteer selected will now display.

We do not currently have a way to limit what the coordinators can view. We are looking into updating the role permissions to better split out permissions, but I can't provide an estimate as to when that will be in place.

Sorry to hear you have been having trouble finding what you need in the order supplies page in MyAnswers. The push is to have people first order their core materials from the VBS order form (https://answersingenesis.org/vbs/2019/order/), then order additional supplies from the MyAnswers page once they create their event.

While we do not support accepting payments directly through our VBS Digital Tools, you can include links to third-party payment platforms (like PayPal) that will display on your public page and on the registration confirmation page.

I apologize for the delay in responding to your question. The reference to the Music Coordinator in the Director Guide is not referring to a specific coordinator role in Digital Tools. That list is intended to give you ideas about roles to fill in helping with your VBS. The role in Digital Tools that best fits your use case would be the Drama role.

That being said, we are looking at altering the roles and the permissions associated with them. We will take your question into consideration. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.
