Hello James,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. You can find the Ice Age video in the folder labeled "Video Clips". You will need to download the .zip file again if you downloaded it before we were notified that it was missing and added it.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing problems.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Cindy,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. If you are unable to find the CD in our web store here: https://answersingenesis.org/store/, you can connect with our Customer Service team by phone (800-778-3390) or email (custserve@answersingenesis.org).

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Estie,

I checked our system for the email you supplied and I was not able to find a VBS event for this year. Could you please supply the email the event was created with?

Thanks,

Scott

Hello Karen,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. To close your registration, use the toggle switch on the Promote page. Changes made to those switches take effect immediately.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Blessings,

Hello Carol,

Unfortunately, we are not able to support sending custom emails from within MyAnswers at this time. Doing so would open AiG up to potential abuse of the email system. It would only take one "bad apple" to cause us to be in violation of spam laws or run afoul of bulk email policies of the major email providers. We definitely do not want our domains to be blacklisted by them, which would then mark all emails coming from our domains (VBS-related or not) as spam.

Instead, you can easily collect the email address of all your registrants by going to People -> Student/Volunteers -> Click the actions dropdown menu and select "Download Full Student List". The spreadsheet that downloads will allow you to select and copy the email address column into your email client of choice.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Angela,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We already have a task to display the custom data on the volunteer's page and hope to have a fix out later this week.

Until then, you can download a spreadsheet (.csv) by following this path, Dashboard -> People -> Manage All Volunteers. Use the checkbox below the "Search Volunteers" field to select all the volunteers, then use the Actions dropdown and select Download Volunteers List.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else or if you have any further questions.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Jan,

Thank you for bringing the spacing issue to our attention. I have added a space between the city and state in the template. You can add additional information to your page by editing the body section on the "Edit Public Page" page. (Dashboard -> Promote -> Edit Public Page).

Unfortunately, the name on the registration button is part of the public page template that all the VBS event public pages use, so we aren't able to change it for just your event.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Katherine,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble locating those files. You can find the crown and dead-end sign PDFs by following this path: Dashboard --> Library -> Resources -> Teaching -> Primary.

Please let me know if you are still having trouble or if I can help with anything else.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Jody,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. You can find the daily tally sheets by following this path Dashboard --> Library --> Resources --> Miscellaneous, Team Roster

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Colin,

Sorry to hear you are having problems. It looks like you just need to publish the page. The "Publish" button on the left of the "Edit Public Page" page (under the Promote heading) will make your page available to the public. If you want to make it unavailable again for any reason, click "Unpublish".

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Blessings,

Scott
