You can print a single students information by going to People --> Manage All Students, select the checkbox next to the student you are looking for. Then open the Actions drop down list and select Print Student Details.

Good Morning Jennifer,
Unfortunately we do not currently support the ability to have different start and stop times each day. However, you can hide the Dates and Times field on your public page (Promote --> Public Page, Edit Public Page). Then in the body section of your public page you can specify your custom dates and times for each day.

You can print all your student information by going to People --> Manage All Students, then on the right side of the screen click the Action drop down list and select "Download Full Student List". That will download a spreadsheet of all your student data, including emergency contact info. You can edit out the information you don't want and then print it out.

Thanks for your feedback! We are happy that you've had a positive experience using MyAnswers Director.
We do not currently support changing the order of teams in the settings. The teams are sorted alphabetically by default, and that list is only used internally. Teams are connected to Age Groups which are sortable and show on the public registration page.

Unfortunately we do not support customizing the time each station begins. You can edit the start time, end time, rotation length, and opening/closing sessions. Hello Karin,
You can change the schedule by going to Settings --> Teams, from there use the edit button on the right side
of the screen. This will allow you the change the first station for the selected team. That should help you sort out the order.

Unfortunately we don't have a way to let people customize the font size on student name tags, so if you want to make the text larger you'll have to create your own name tags

Good Morning Karin,
I took a look at your checklist page, there are no other items below the Snacks Checklist, so you are not missing anything. If there were any other checklists below the Snacks Checklist a scroll bar would appear. This is happening because of the size of your screen/browser window.
We will look into tweaking the layout so the bottom checklist isn't covered like that. Thanks for pointing that out!

While we do not have a printable prayer list in MyAnswers Director, you can check the prayer calendar sample on the DVD-ROM to help get you started making your own.Also, you can view Top 10 Tips for a VBS Prayer Ministry, that may help. To get there, from the Dashboard, if you click on Guides --> Director Guide, under the Table of Contents, click Powering Up.
