how can I print a blank student and volunteer registration forms?

Click on Promote (in the header), then click the "Print Student/Volunteer Registration Form" links to get printable forms.
Hey There, still can't find where to print out a single student, looks like the layout has changed since this question was asked. Thanks
Hello Aaron,
You can print a single students information by going to People --> Manage All Students, select the checkbox next to the student you are looking for. Then open the Actions drop down list and select Print Student Details.
