Thanks for bringing that issue to our attention. We have created a task to fix the duplicate volunteers with multiple roles that are displaying on the Team Rosters.


All our tracking is team-based, so if you would like to have an attendance list that doesn't group by teams, that is something you would have to create on your own. To do that, you can download your student data as a spreadsheet. From People --> Manage All Students --> click the Action drop down and select Download Full Student List.

Once you have left the registration page, you will need to re-enter the family information for additional students.


To register new siblings, open your existing student's information in one tab, then open a second tab with a New Student form opened (People --> Add Students). Copy and paste the family information on the left, and enter the additional student information on the right.

You can download the Student Family Information, from People --> Manage All Students, open the Action drop down and select Download Full Student List. This will download a spreadsheet file. You can then edit/remove tables from it to suit your needs.

Hello Rachel,

You were getting an overlap because you had two teams going to your Bible station at the same time. We removed this overlap by replacing one of the Bible stations with Games & Snacks. Feel free to change which teams start where; this can be edited in Settings --> Team. Click the pencil edit button to change where the Teams go first. Just make sure that the teams are all starting at different stations.

Unfortunately we do not currently support the ability to have different start and stop times each day. However, you can hide the Dates and Times field on your public page (Promote --> Public Page, Edit Public Page). Then in the body section of your public page you can specify your custom dates and times for each day.

Thanks for the additional info. We found your event.

This is a known issue. Unfortunately the Avery template 74459 name tag layout doesn't properly match up with this year's design when printing labels from MyAnswers (which uses a generic ratio). We are looking into fixing this, but I can't make any promises right now as to a time table.

It should still work with Avery template 74459 if you use the pre-printed Time Lab nametags here: https://answersingenesis.org/store/product/time-lab-vbs-nametags/?sku=11-6-015. Printing Instructions are in the description for that product.
